Terms and Conditions
(a) No Quibbles Guarantee
Orders can be returned for any reason and at any time within 28 days of receipt, in exchange for a full cash refund to the value of the amount paid for the item, a credit voucher of the same amount, or an exchange.
How to Return or Exchange:
- There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
- Simply send the item back in a parcel to our address below along with
- Your full name, address and telephone number
- Whether you would like to exchange the item for a different size, receive a refund or a credit voucher.

- Please take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Little Nut Tree at your own expense.
- We will email or telephone you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your exchanged item, refund (by cheque) or credit voucher within 5 working days of posting the goods back to us.
- Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer. You can, however, receive an exchange or credit voucher.
(b) Delivery
For items that are currently held in stock we endeavour to dispatch by the end of the next working day following receipt of your order. In the event that an item is not available for immediate dispatch it will normally be delivered within 12 working days of receiving your order. Handmade and hand-embroidered products (or products requiring customisation) may take longer, and you will be given an estimated time of delivery at the time of placing your order.
Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail First or Second Class (depending on your preference at purchase). Delivery costs are calculated based on the number of items that you order and are detailed on our postage and packing page.
Orders to be delivered to addresses outside the UK are sent by airmail.
(c) Stock Availability
If any items are not available immediately from stock then we aim to obtain them for you within four working days. This means that if you order an item that is not currently available in the size you request, that you should still receive your order within a week.
(d) Secure Payments
We operate a secure online payment system. All payments are processed by Paypal. Any information passed between Little Nut Tree and PayPal is encrypted. For more details on how we use your information please see Little Nut Tree's Privacy Statement.
(e) Consequential Loss
We will not be held liable for any loss that may consequently arise from the use of our site, nor from anything related to it, including our nominated carriers.
(f) Privacy Policy
Little Nut Tree do not disclose customer information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment to PayPal. (g) Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by the Terms & Conditions listed on this page.
